We Love Winter Sports!

Florian and Susi share not only a passion for skiing, but also many years of experience on the slopes. For more than ten winter seasons, they worked as ski instructors at the renowned Skischule Zürs am Arlberg, where they gained extensive experience in ski instruction.

Since 2023, they have been bringing their passion, expertise and many years of experience to Skischule Russbach, which they run with great personal commitment and dedication.

For Florian and Susi, one thing is at the heart of everything they do: the joy of winter sports.

Together with their dedicated team, Florian and Susi stand for personal attention, professional ski instruction and a genuine passion for winter sports.

Many of our ski instructors are based in the Dachstein West ski region. We know the area inside out – from its most beautiful slopes to special places away from the usual skiing experience.

Our goal is to meet every guest exactly where they are on their skiing journey. Whether you're making your first turns, looking to improve your technique, or want to enjoy sporty skiing on more challenging slopes, we are there to support you with experience, motivation and a genuine passion for making progress together.
